During a 23-year career at Xyratex and Seagate, Vijay led and contributed to large-scale automation and test-system development, from concept and architecture through validation, production release, and ongoing support.
He worked with engineering teams in the United Kingdom, United States, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Across those teams, one challenge kept recurring: important knowledge and decisions were spread across documents, meetings, and disconnected systems.
Neurogenesis Solutions grew from that experience, with a focus on helping engineering teams coordinate the whole development lifecycle.
